Skirtboard / Stringers

The skirtboard (sometimes called a stringer) is a flat board that is installed along the side of a staircase. Skirtboards can be used to hide the edge of exposed risers or installed on the inside wall of a stair.Skirtboard is 3/4" thick x 11 1/2" wide. We are proud to offer skirtboard in each of our 23 different species, both prefinished and unfinished. Remember that product longer than 8 feet can not be shipped via UPS and must be shipped by freight truck. Please contact us for quotes on different sizes or species of skirt.
