We've partnered with Mohawk Finishing Products to bring you a full touch up and repair kit, in custom blended colors coordinating with our standard stain colors.
Quickly and easily eliminate scratches, nicks or abrasions on prefinished stair treads as well as wood furniture, picture frames, plastics and paneling with Fil-Stik®, our semi-hard filler putty sticks. No heat or special tools required. Just simply rub the wax stick in damaged areas to fill and scrape remaining product off using a credit card to leave an even, leveled surface. Works well on most wooden surfaces. Can be protected with spray finish aerosols or other top coatings.
Each color wax crayon has been custom matched to our standard Red Oak stain colors to fill nail holes and make other minor defects virtually disappear!
Each stick can touch-up many staircase installations but can also be used to touch-up wood flooring, furniture, cabinets, and many other wood products. Several colors can be blended for a custom color if needed.
To use: Simply rub the wood touch up stick over any defect or nail hole and wipe off any excess with a clean rag. The pre-tinted wax does not need to dry and, once applied, has a slight sheen to blend with the wood coating.
The Quik-Tip Marker is a fast, opaque, color touch-up in a felt tip marker. It features:
