Just got done installing my new steps and it went without a hitch. My wife and I are absolutely ecstatic! I had a few questions before ordering and Dakota was very helpful answering all my questions. The local floor guy said he'd never heard of the retro treads and told me the only way to cover my steps was to install a wood nose and regular flooring pieces on each and every step - I just emailed him photos this afternoon! ordered these for one of my customers and they shipped right way - good construction - no venirs, we sanded and finished these after install and my customer was pleased, I'll be ordering again (Posted on 9/12/09)
