Product Questions and Answers
  1. Q:Can the thickness be custom milled?
A:Generally, no but if you have specs on what you need - we can see if one of our partners with a CNC router can make a similar item. Send the information in a reply to this e-mail and we'll be happy to take a look.
  2. Q: I need to cut these down to 7 1/4 x 10" . Is there room to do this without interfering with the pattern?
A:These are approx 11-1/2" x 8" overall. The main detail portion of the profile is roughly 6-1/2" x 9-1/2" so these could be cut down to 7-/14" x 10" and still leave plenty of room for the detail.
  3. Q:Is the unfinished selection a wood product or MDF?
A:Unfinished is either Red Oak or Maple (depending on the species selection in the next drop down menu). The paint grade is MDF
  4. Q:I need Left brackets; however, there’s not a way to specify this when ordering. Is the plain bracket the same on either side, therefore, you can use it for either an Right or Left facing bracket? Please let me know and thanks.
A:The brackets are reversible and can be used on the left or right sides of a staircase
