Our sales rep will request that you send in photos & diagrams with dimensions of each stair included. Be sure to mention the wood species you are interested in and whether you will need your treads to be unfinished or prefinished.
After we receive the photos and diagrams of the stairs we will prepare and send you a quote.
After receiving the quote review all the information to make sure everything is correct and contact us to place your order.
Once you have placed your order you will be required to trace a life size representation of your stair tread onto poster board, cardboard, or butcher paper. After your order has been placed we will email you an authorization form so you can mail us your templates.
Upon receiving your templates we will begin the production process of your treads. For an additional fee a MDF (medium density fiber board) prototype of the tread can be made and sent to you to ensure an exact fit.
